On the 10th of June, 2016 we will welcome Professor Ofelia García to give the inaugural talk in the Bangor Advancing Knowledge in Education Research lecture series.

This lecture series has been established in honour of Professor Colin Baker’s life-long contribution to bilingual education and bilingualism. As a well-respected member of staff of the School of Education at Bangor University, Colin established an internationally renowned reputation for his research and contribution to bilingualism, and it is our great pleasure to celebrate his work in this series.
